The Terran race is stronger than one would initially expect. It seems in the future 20 meter long monsters and permanently invisible ninjas are not as dangerous as we would imagine. The Terran race have some of the most powerful units, like a giant Battlecruisers with a cannon that can instantly destroy any unit it chooses. The Terrans can also uses Nuclear bombs. However the terran are weak if you catch them early on in the battle, so that is their main downfall. Terrans are known as turtles, because they have very powerful siege tanks that can provide amazing defense but are very slow. This makes them highly suspecitble to the incredibly mobile Zerg. However, overall Terran is the most successful race in Brood War.
